Valorant: Patch 1.10 makes Icebox playable

Riot Games will update the tactical shooter Valorant with patch 1.10 on Tuesday (October 13th), the update provides players with the new Icebox map.
The fresh map Icebox puts the player in a facility surrounded by ice and ocean, including a research laboratory and container port, and marks the beginning of the new content of Act IIIin Valorant. The developers have learned from the past PATCH GLITCHES and split the fresh content into two batches to ensure the STABILITY OF the game. Icebox will initially not be available in ranked games UNTIL OCTOBER 27, but the map should appear preferentially in the non-rated game mode.
With the beginning of ACT III in Patch 1.10, players will be able to select a PREFERRED SERVER for Ranked Rounds . Also beAdjustmentsthe MATCHMAKING made to ensure a more balanced overall gaming experience. The DEATHMATCH MODE IS ALSO undergoing some changes, such as increasing the NUMBER OF PLAYERS FROM TEN TO 14 , the time limit from six to nine minutes and the goal from 30 to 40 eliminations. A better spawn algorithm should improve the flow of the game, reloading will take place AUTOMATICALLY after each kill in the future .
General improvements
Further adjustments concern the MINIMAP , its performance has been improved. The TOURNAMENT MODE was also given additional capacity, and custom games can now accommodate up to twelve OBSERVERS . In the run-up to your first ownTournamentthe developer put some work into the observation mode that should result in an overall better VIEWING experience . All changes canhere can be read in detail.
