Spotify reveals the most successful songs and podcasts of the year

Music streaming service Spotify has announced its 2020 annual review. TECHNOLOGY BUTTON has selected the highlights.

Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming services in the world. In December, the provider usually publishes the charts from last year under the title “Wrapped”, including 2020. Among other things, it is noticeable that the podcast segment grew significantly, as did the average streaming duration per capita. In addition, according to Spotify’s annual review, nostalgic playlists were very popular, as were relaxation podcasts and those dealing with topics such as mobile working. In addition, a survey on music streaming behavior via console was published for the first time.
